UIDA Business Services (UBS), which serves as a Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), is funded in part through a cooperative agreement from the Department of Defense (DOD) through a program that is administered by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The content of any written materials or verbal communications of the PTAC does not necessarily reflect the official views of or imply endorsement by DOD or DLA.

UIDA Business Services (UBS) is committed to business development for Indian people. UBS is a non-profit organization serving clients in the Southwest BIA Area, the Navajo BIA Area, and the Eastern/Southeastern BIA Area; with primary emphasis on the following states:

Connecticut, Rhode Island, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas (El Paso), New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Utah.

UBS’ main office is located in Marietta, GA with sub-offices located in Herndon, VA; Ocean Springs, MS; Albuquerque, NM; and on the Navajo Nation.

Our services are designed to assist Indian owned and tribally owned businesses succeed in government contracting. The Native American Procurement Technical Assistance (PTA) program at UIDA Business Services is one of approximately 100 centers located in different states. The PTA centers provide assistance and information to small businesses interested in selling their goods and services to the DoD and any Federal, state or local government agency; as well as prime agencies.
